The book of Judges narrates one of the most chaotic and morally dark eras of Israel’s story. Into this morally-ambiguous time comes one of the most unlikely leaders of the Bible-the prophet Deborah. A wife, a mother, a judge, and prophet. Deborah says “yes” to God’s calling, and leads Israel out of chaos into one of the most pivotal military victories of her time.
